David Biron on the FREE SPEAR IT would be training a new freediver.  This was the largest amberjack I saw all day.

A bigger red snapper is in the bottom of the cooler.  Mike freedived while Rick speared on SCUBA.

Mike Wade and David Biron with 28 and 30.6 pound red snapper respectively.
David will be the pending World Record holder but both are world class fish
and both were taken while freediving.  The tanks in the picture belong to
a couple of SCUBA divers who were also on this charter.
